1. Introduction

Welcome to QuickListUni (“we”, “our”, or “us”). QuickListUni provides an online platform that allows students to list and discover items for sale. By accessing or using our website, you (“you”, “user”, “seller”, or “buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our website.

2. Our Role

QuickListUni is a listing platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Our responsibility ends once a listing is published on the site. We do not:

  • Facilitate or handle payments.

  • Guarantee the sale of any item.

  • Mediate disputes between users.

  • Verify the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of items listed.

All transactions, communications, and arrangements are strictly between the buyer and the seller.

3. Listing Fee

  • A fee of £1 per listing is payable by the seller at the time of submission.

  • By submitting a listing, you irrevocably agree to pay the £1 fee.

  • The listing fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the item sells or is later withdrawn.

4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers must ensure all item descriptions, images, and information provided are accurate and not misleading.

  • Sellers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and condition of the items they list.

  • Sellers must not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited items.

  • Sellers are responsible for arranging delivery, collection, or handover with the buyer.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers are responsible for verifying the item’s condition, description, and suitability before completing a purchase.

  • Once an item is collected or exchanged, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.

  • Buyers must communicate directly with the seller regarding payment and collection arrangements.

6. Transactions & Payments

  • QuickListUni does not process, monitor, or guarantee any payments between users.

  • All prices, payment methods, and terms are agreed privately between buyer and seller.

  • QuickListUni has no liability for fraud, non-payment, or failure to deliver.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickListUni disclaims all liability for:

    • Any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from transactions between users.

    • Items that are defective, not as described, damaged, or fail after purchase.

    • Any personal injury, theft, or incident that occurs during or after an exchange.

  • Users engage in all transactions entirely at their own risk.

8. Removal of Listings

QuickListUni reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any listing that:

  • Violates these Terms,

  • Appears misleading, fraudulent, or illegal, or

  • May harm the reputation of the platform.

No refunds will be issued for listings removed under this clause.

9. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
